*New Stand is currently an active client, however I worked as the head of marketing in-house for 2.5 years. Recent initiatives included: 

- Built the company's first B2B marketing team and increased MQLs 166% M/M with our first content-led marketing push 
- Conceptualized an experiential and content partnership with Brookfield Properties across 10 NYC locations in NYC (120 events annually) 
- Positioned the company as a leader in experience through content and marketing partnerships with Industrious, Workweek, and Charter 
- Unlocked new revenue with the conceptualization and launch of our live events product, included in 90% of current pipeline opportunities
-Reimagined our brand strategy and positioned a complex product in an ever-changing market

The New Republic

As a member of the senior leadership team at The New Republic, reporting directly to the CEO, I built the marketing and communications department and oversaw all branding, integrated marketing, communications, audience growth events, and more. Key projects:

The relaunch of the brand, including the repositioning the consumer and revenue side, the redesign of the magazine and website which led to the organization’s biggest traffic month in history, and a re articulation of the audience which led to the organization reading a younger, influential, diverse audience.

The launch of a branded content studio and overhaul of all collateral which led to deals with Casper, IBM, Getty Images, Credit Suisse, SquareSpace, Nuclear Matters, Center for American Progress, and more

The development of the New Republic’s events arm which was responsible for over 30% of revenue for the media sales team and generated 20% of the sales pipeline.

An overhaul of the communications and growth strategy which was responsible for 70% of digital traffic, led to a significant decrease in public crisis PR and a 100% increase monthly in positive media mentions.

As employee number 20, I built a brand marketing strategy that carried the company from a small media start-up to a SaaS business with over 250 employees and 40M+ in funding.

Led arts program and spearheaded strategic art-focused partnerships, including collaborations with Tumblr, L Magazine, Creative Time and the New Museum. Served as brand manager for AOL across all media properties.

The 3200 Magazine

The 3200 was a platform for visual culture, which included a print magazine and offline exhibitions. 
We published a magazine and blog that showcased the work of young and emerging artists and we curated pop-up group exhibitions.

PULSE Contemporary Art Fair

Served as a liaison for press and clients for the duration of the fair. Built media outreach lists and monitored all media mentions. Identified and researched non-profit organizations for partnerships. Served as lead for all visual collateral.
