I am a devoted man of faith, blessed husband of an incredible woman and the father of two remarkable children. When we're not travelling or visiting family nearby, in the US, Japan or Colombia, I proudly wear the hats of chief cook and entertainment officer at home. On the professional side. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, I've been deeply immersed in the tools and disciplines that make up this EOS life—a culmination of skills, experiences and a simple desire to help leaders leap from GOOD to GREAT. And truth be told, it's been quite the journey. Turning the clock back 26 years, I embarked on my entrepreneurial adventure as a tenacious 24-year-old. Leaving behind my job at a small ad agency, I jumped into the world of 'figuring it out as we go along.' However, with my incredible team, we witnessed our earnings double each year for seven years straight. The experience was invaluable, culminating in a successful exit seven years later that left me incredibly grateful. 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆𝘀: 🟧 I've volunteered and collaborated with 21 organizations in South America. 🟧 Authored a book on finding worth, gifts and purpose - beyond wealth. 🟧 Founded and scaled two additional businesses, with one additional exit. 🟧 Produced a documentary on human rights winning four international awards. 🟧 Served as a Master Chair and Coach with TEC Canada. 🟧 Restructured and grew a family business from 17 million to 31 million in three years. 🟧 Led a software company from the brink of failure to a profit of 900k in just 12 months. 🟧 A CEO Coach to over 50 CEOs and Family Businesses in Canada, the US, and Mexico. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀, including Canada's Fastest Growing Companies, The Americas' Fastest-Growing Companies, Top 40 Under 40, Canada's Top 100 Employers, Waterloo Area's Top Employers, and EY's Entrepreneur of the Year award. However, more crucial than these achievements is 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. Success, without the time and peace to enjoy it, is just a trophy.
