Over 2 decades experience in business development, account management and customer success. Most recently I built and lead a customer success team at a growth start-up within edtech that was acquired at the end of 2022. I'm an empathetic leader with a bias for action who is passionate about coaching/leading, customer success, and helping both customers and cross-functional teams achieve desired outcomes and exceed KPIs. Initially joining LearnPlatform as the first dedicated CSM, I was promoted to Director of Customer Success, the most senior member of the department reporting to the VP of Growth and served as part of the leadership team. Our team of 5 CSMs achieved over 100+% of quota and NRR over a 4 year period, achieving a CSAT of 98% during the spring of 2023. During my time at LearnPlatform, l led the overall strategy for the team and cross-functional collaboration efforts within the organization, while also overseeing 5 of our largest customers. I created an environment within the team that encouraged innovation, creativity, collaboration and responsible action. I'm currently in search of leadership roles or early IC roles where I'm able to leverage my experience contributing to the overall strategy and customer experience of an organization or team.
