Built Prime’s workforce planning and succession capabilities through fully HRIS-enabled tools and processes.

Served as Prime's in-house employment lawyer, providing comprehensive legal counsel to the HR department. Developed and conducted various training sessions (FMLA, Wage & Hour, discrimination, union avoidance, investigations, etc.) for Human Resources clients and business partners.  

Managed all corporate litigation, including administrative actions.  Provided legal counsel to various business departments within Prime including contract negotiation, privacy, anti-kickback, antitrust, and health care regulations.
