I'm fortunate to have led Talent Acquisition and Management for some of the most successful organizations in the world including Accenture, Aon Hewitt, NFP and Amazon, and consulted with clients of all sizes with PeopleResults. Now with Great Hill Partners, I'm bundling those experiences to lead the strategy and tactics of acquiring top diverse talent across their portfolio of high-growth, disruptive companies, helping them to achieve their full potential. I'm also a frequent speaker and writer on talent and career topics, and host of the podcast “Big Fish in the Talent Pool”, where I interview Global Heads of Talent Acquisition about the twists and turns of their critical roles. As a Charter Member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAPglobal.org), and an Advisory Board member and mentor for the young women's networking org, #GenHERation, I'm grateful to be able to give back and hopefully make a difference in the never-a-dull-moment world of talent.
