Improving Toyota’s fleet courtesy delivery processes and marketing materials by collaborating with Fleet Management Companies, Fleet Field Managers, Dealerships, and Customers to ensure Toyota delivers an industry leading experience to our customers.
 
•	Partner with counterparts to identify current gaps in the courtesy delivery process by using the Kaizen Method
•	Worked with Fleet Marketing team to analyze training needs and outline execution plan for fleet training videos and communication channel
•       Scripted and starred in training videos for Dealerships nation-wide
•	Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget
•	Oversee and support the execution and planning of over 20 automotive fleet conferences and trade shows throughout the year
•	Organize and execute the revision of Fleet Sales policies and procedure documents by collaborating with internal subject matter experts
•	Partner with Saatchi & Saatchi to provide insights and direction for strategic marketing campaigns

Fleet Marketing Analyst

Operational Development Specialist responsible for driving and implementing Business Continuity Management for the Operations Organization of more than 6,000 employees. Drove the identification and tracking of profit improvement initiatives.

•	Work with counterparts within Operations to identify profit improvement initiatives and track progress resulting in $44M in savings
•	Business Continuity Management (BCM) Driver for Operations Region North America
•	Drive the creation and implementation of the Global Business Continuity Management Framework and Business Process contingency plans for the Operations organization of 6,000+ employees
•	Train and manage a team of 20+ BCM drivers
•	Create and implement BCM within the Quality and Operations Excellence organization by completing Business Process Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Business Continuity Action Plans
•	Audit BCM document validity and work with BCM drivers to close compliance gaps
•	Collaborate with Global BCM drivers to improve the global process and implementation of Business Continuity within the organization

Operational Development Specialist

Analyst in the Business Operations department. Focused on managing operational cost for Ericsson North America by analyzing cost data and creating plans to reduce OPEX. Supported in the management and execution of an employee incentive program for more than 300 project managers.

•	Implemented a Telecom Savings Program for 6,000+ employees to reduce overall Telecom expenses for Operations organization which resulted in a total cost savings of over $1,000,000 year-over-year
•	Business Continuity Management Driver for Operations involving management of BCM drivers to ensure program milestones are met on time
•	Member of the Project Management Incentive Program (PMIP) team, which is responsible for auditing and calculating incentives for the Project Management Organization based on project performance
•	Collaborated with PMIP Governance Board to create 2015 PMIP program guidelines

Lead responsible for the creation 2015 Strategic Growth Plan for the Communication Services Organization. Identified the addressable market, current market trends and business opportunities for solutions within our portfolio by engaging with Solution Owners and third-party researchers.

•	Lead responsible for the creation of 2015 Strategic Growth Plan for $350M business 
•	Supportive role in strategic planning and 2014 Growth Plan for $300M business
•	Created and managed internal and external knowledge sharing websites using Microsoft SharePoint
