Managed the Seattle location Special Hazard Division Service & Inspection department. Handled all inspection accounts, and ensured customer satisfaction for maintenance and repair work. Managed office administration, and ensured we operated with a significant profit margin. Ensured technicians schedules were done, paperwork and reporting was left on site and filled out to completion. 

Sales for Special Hazard systems was for maintenance repairs, outbounding accounts in the area, and full cycle account management from the sales process, to retaining them as a customer. Worked in conjunction with our new system installation to ensure that we secured the ongoing service contract on the account.

Oversaw all aspects of the Service and Inspection division, prior to the Johnson Controls/Tyco buyout. Managed a team of technicians, and office staff. Budget management, profit and loss, operations management, approval of invoicing. Ensuring customer retention and customer relationships were maintained.
