Responsible for leading the development and execution of CASE's strategy to be a world leader in helping social entrepreneurs make an impact. Oversee day-to-day operations, including student programs (curricular and co-curricular), marketing and communications, financial management, and establishing effective relationships with key constituents, both internal to Fuqua and external.

Executive Director, Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship (CASE)

Launched this new role within the Fuqua Career Management Center. Responsible for working closely with a variety of constituents to envision, build, and strengthen education and career support for MBA students interested in social impact and sustainability careers.  Primary owner and strategist towards dual objectives: Developing a robust portfolio of sector-specific career activities, resources and education for students, as well as, developing partnerships with and engaging leading organizations in the field. Received 2013 Students’ Choice Staff Award, Honorable Mention for outstanding service to members of the student body and to the school.

Sector Director, Social Impact & Sustainability

Supported the operations of CASE through management of programs, development and implementation of a communications strategy including launching and managing multiple social media channels and primary author of CASE blog (named one of the “Top 30 Social Entrepreneurship Blogs to Watch” in 2012).  Managed and grew the Global Consulting Practicum (course in which MBA students conduct international consulting engagements with social entrepreneurs), receiving 2011 Innovation Award from Ashoka. Promoted from Associate Director during tenure.

Managing Director, Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship (CASE)

Booz Allen Hamilton

Consultant to clients in the government and nonprofit sectors.  Services provided included strategic planning, strategic communications, organizational design, and business process reengineering.  Managed multiple teams and participated in business development efforts leading to over $10M in additional revenues. Recipient of Professional Excellence Award (one of firm's highest team awards, only seven project teams selected out of all projects conducted by 19,000 staff worldwide that year) and multiple individual honors. Promoted during tenure.

USAID Global Development Alliance

Facilitated development of public-private alliances through outreach to potential commercial and nonprofit partners, strategic planning and management of ongoing programs. Traveled to Angola to assist with implementation of partnerships between USAID, nonprofits and private sector.

World Bank/IFC

Developed recommendations and implementation strategies for new products and services, including an online collaboration center, web-based training and educational materials, for business associations and NGOs working on private sector development around the world.

Managed daily operations of small nonprofit including research, event management, hiring and managing employees and consultants, monitoring and allocation of budget. Promoted twice within tenure.
