As the ASPIRE ERP Platforms Product Line Lead at Roche, I oversee a global team responsible for managing six core areas: ERP Digital Core platform management, template management, integration, technology & adoption, and operations across GP, Commercial, and TechOps. My role focuses on driving the strategic vision and lifecycle management of Roche’s ASPIRE Digital Core System, ensuring its integrity and alignment with the company’s transformative initiatives.

Together with my team I contribute to the ASPIRE Program to streamline global processes, accelerate the delivery of innovations, and build the sustain organization.

Head Information Governance Management for Novartis International

During this role I advised FRA (Finance, Reporting and Accounting) department leading the key project portfolio in Pharma Services headquarter, e.g. divisional transformation project and transition of approved accounting activities to the finance service centre. I defined and implemented  standardised business processes and systems in adherence with regulatory compliance.

Some of my key milestones are below:

* Secured 20% cost by leading divisional transformation activities.
* Digitalized cumbersome semi-paper based financial processes for several areas, such as balance sheet review, asset management, SOX302 certification, fund replenishment, and self-invoicing.
* Conceptualised and modernised process for cross-divisional demand fulfilment

Senior Finance Project Manager

During this role I led a team of over 30 internal/external members, including five project managers. I administered budget/vendor, program risk, and stakeholder management through strategic planning and execution. I enabled outsourcing of transactional activities for delivering operational results by leading a global programme to implement standardised finance processes and systems.

Some of my key milestones are following:

* Rolled out global projects in more than 30 countries across five divisions and trained around 5K users at Novartis globally.
* Contributed to assist sites around the globe for managing change and increasing user acceptance for new processes and tools.
* Reduced cost and processing time and improved data quality in finance, reporting, and accounting globally by directing global transformation programs.
* Orchestrated multiple multi-million projects in parallel, coordinating large international teams by leading and coaching senior project managers.
* Modelled business processes, enabling outsourcing to the lower-cost location service provider.

Global SAP Program Manager

I managed multiple SAP projects in this role, such as the merger/transition of company codes for Novartis country organizations. I was selected for one year of international assignment in Russia for a dual role FI/CO Functional Expert and Project Quality Manager for SAP ERP implementation project for Russia CPO.  Projects included data migration, setting up processes running in the 'to be obsolete' company code to the target company code, sales process improvement, and automated stock transfer at batch release. Regression and data verification testing. 
Coordination of international offshore and business team with different time zones.

During this role, I was responsible for GxP validation of SAP systems during SAP ERP implementation projects.
- Project Manager for DN4ALL project: Roll-Out of validated GxP document management application to other divisions
- One year of international assignment in Nuremberg, Germany in QM/DM role for PEP/ERP Germany implementation

My team is also contributing to Roche's transformative ASPIRE Program focused on streamlining global processes and accelerating the delivery of life-saving innovations.
