My role has encompassed integrating innovative tools such as Design Sprints and ReImagine workshop solutions,including large-scale tech solutions such as Salesforce and ServiceNow, results have achieved service benchmarks and the projects I’ve worked on have significantly contributed to our mission of excellence in client servicing, onboarding, and operational optimization.
