Estate Planning - Will, Trust, Powers of Attorneys, HIPPA Releases, Deeds, etc.
Estate & Trust Administration - administration of estates (process to open and close estate), representing trustee and personal representatives to fulfill their duties, inventories, accountings, etc.
Adult Conservatorships and Guardianships - this includes contested and uncontested matters (AKA we handle cases where parties are on the same page and where parties are in disagreement/dispute). 
Probate/Fiduciary Litigation - We represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested matters (matters where an estate plan is challenged, where fiduciaries have allegedly breached their duties owed to the party, etc.). 
Family Law - divorce, child custody, name changes, adoption, minor guardianships and conservatorships, etc.

Please keep in mind that your case may involve an overlap of practice areas listed. It's also possible there is a sub area that we can help you with that's not listed as we understand clients have unique challenges and you can certainly inquire.
