I work with leaders, managers, teams, admins, & neurodivergent visionaries to build tactical systems that relieve overwhelm and solve chaos. My approach to the complexities of neurodivergent leadership creates actionable strategies to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and joy...while making things even better for everyone else. I intend to reach as many small business leaders as possible because, if a few hours a week of targeted, high-impact support means that they have the ability to keep creating, building and growing…this is now a critical, humanitarian mission to ensure that these leaders Keep Going. I’ve been featured in numerous podcasts and national publications, drawing from the first-hand stories and dreams of entrepreneurs and executives across the globe. Give me a stage and I will change lives. For my day-to-day, Seattle is home as the clan mom to a collection of young adults​, When I'm not working, you can find me casually adventuring in the mountains, doing archery, patronizing garage sales in pursuit of cool swords, thinking about my next business endeavor, skating, reading, or doing cosplay. Autism was a 2023 discovery that wrapped me in a warm blanket on a cold day, grounding me and bringing clarity and relief to things that never made sense and things that I've been fighting within myself since my first memories. I love to have fun because recovery is just as important as the work we do. I have stories for days and I’m not shy about the ones that had hard lessons to go with them. Laughter, tears, love, heartbreak, determination… these things connect us. "Build a life you don't need a vacation from" and build a company where every person we hire or get to work with is also doing the same. Will it be my most successful endeavor yet? I'm pretty sure yes but only time will tell!
