Reimagined and implemented a new salary, commission, and general payroll
compensation plan for the sourcing and recruitment teams.

Increased talent NPS score by a full point by creating a total rewards value
framework that served as a basis to enhance our candidate and employee
experience. This offered a mix of social, soft and technical skills education, philanthropic projects, strategic partnerships and more.

Created a total engagement score that measured talent activity and satisfaction rates by region which allowed us to strategically target groups and monitor activation success.

Recruited and hired a global team of continental and country leaders to serve a talent network for thousands.

Launched and managed a number of initiatives including Scholarships for Women, Speaker's Network, Mentor's Network, Open Source Grants, skilled volunteer partnerships, continental events roadtrips, global coworking weeks, offsite retreats, and more.

Systematized a successful technical skills education program that consistently resulted in an 85% graduation rate for in-demand skills such as Xamarin, Shopify, Angular, Blockchain, React, and React Native.

Overhauled employer branding including a full revamp of public web pages on the Toptal corporate website.
