•	Generate ideas for and implement new content for blogs, videos, newsletters, infographics, case studies and so on.

Client support
•	Manage external marketing list suppliers for GSA client campaigns
•	Come up with ideas for new solutions, services and routes to market for both GSA and its customers
•	Research, where required, prospect lists for customer campaigns
Management & Measurement
•	Monitor marketing spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
•	Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
•	Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
•	Assist with client proposals and presentations.

I was told to manage the shop floor by Shelf-stacking any empty shelves and presenting them in a manner which is appealing for the customer. I was also given the responsibility of keeping the shop floor clean, and making window displays attractive for customers. This opportunity also allowed me to interact with the customers as I had to inform the customers on the products which they are buying, for example the features of the product and what it does.
