ESOP Manager

Product Manager/Django Developer with experience in building comprehensive products that administer employee share plans using AWS EB, AWS S3, AWS CloudFront, Django, HTML5, Bootstrap 3 & 5, CSS, and JQuery.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development of innovative software products, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, defining and communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities, develop product requirements, and prioritize features and functionality.

- Develop and maintain project timelines, working closely with development teams to ensure timely product delivery.

- Develop product documentation, including user guides, feature descriptions, and release notes.
Identify and resolve issues throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring product quality and reliability.

Product Manager/Django Developer

Automic Group

▪Directly managing a selected portfolio of Automic Group registry clients. This includes services relating to listed and unlisted companies and employee share plans. 
▪ Onboarding new clients by clearly defining requirements and service standards to ensure all relationships are established with an exemplary first impression of Automic. 
▪ Participate and sometimes lead special projects and teams to drive business objectives and process standardisation. 
▪ Support and empower the Customer Success team In working with and understanding data to drive decision making and deliver on customer needs 
▪ Use my strong operational skills to Identify process gaps and begin to Implement solutions for those gaps. 
▪ Support the ongoing development of business’s technology platform through involvement in system design, defining business requirements and quality review of products prior to release. 
▪ Contribute to business process improvement through review and evaluation of existing operating procedure and other controls with the objective of identifying the potential opportunities for further improvement. 
▪ Support the ongoing maintenance and development of Automic’s ISO certified Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS). 
▪ Identification and management of operational business risk within my team. 
▪ Maintain an entrepreneurial business development focus both independently and specifically supporting the business development team as required. 
▪ Regularly and consistently communicate with all business stakeholders and co-operative working with other members of the business to ensure wider business priorities are being met. 
▪ Use my strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, market listing and operating rules as well as other relevant regulation to guide clients through register related activities and shareholder governance matters.

Customer Success Operations Analyst

Link Group (LNK)

My role as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is to deliver against Link Market Services Limited’s (Link) client objectives of understanding, anticipating and managing the needs and expectations of clients to ensure maximum revenue potential and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

I am ultimately responsible for the premium delivery of services to Link’s clients and their investors. This includes managing client expectations, fee discussions, negotiating service level agreements, account planning, cross-selling and strategic initiatives.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:

•	Maintain and develop relationships with fee paying clients and internal departments, managing client expectations.
•	Meeting with all clients and anticipating client needs.
•	Project and mailing management (including overall responsibility for each client’s Annual General Meeting).
•	Ensuring all registry task achieve the desired outcomes of Link and its clients.
•	Ensure clients comply with regulatory requirements and the contractual terms of business.
•	Develop long term relationships underpinned by long term contracts based upon knowledge, trust and added value to drive stability of relationship and incremental income.
•	Ensure we service the client under appropriate commercial terms which reflect the risks and costs in supporting the client.
•	Achieve new business revenue, communicating progress against targets in line with company reporting standards.
•	To review and provide input into client complaints reporting, client query management reporting.
•	Ensure operational controls are carried out in accordance with laid down procedures, to ensure the ongoing mitigation of business risk. 
•	To effectively manage all issues and queries against agreed service levels in conjunction with all internal departments in a timely fashion.

Client Relationship Manager

Key Accountabilities:

•	Managing client expectations through the timely and quality delivery of specific service provisions (e.g. reports)  -
•	Point of contact for clients in the absence of CRMs
•	Assistance with or project management of mailings
•	Maintenance of EPS Clients & Contacts Database as directed by CRMs
•	Ensure proposed outcomes are achieved.  Including: development and documentation of appropriate operational procedures awareness of risks and implementation of appropriate controls ensuring that all work is undertaken in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and in accordance with plan rules
•	Be a point of contact for EPS client matters within Link in relation to a specified portfolio of clients and be able to answer queries regarding the client and their plans (with the information obtained from the client or elsewhere) 
•	Maintain centralised client databases
•	Actively promote EPS and other areas of Link’s services to existing and potential clients
•	Review clients existing share plans and utilise influencing skills to maximise business opportunities
•	Utilise relationship and rapport building skills to ensure the retention of clients
•	Ensure share plan and other issues are addressed with clients as appropriate, acting in their best interests at all times.
•	Liaise with internal stakeholders and co-ordinate delivery of services in a timely manner to clients
•	Manage and produce reports on a weekly and monthly basis (e.g. statistics, end of month reports, billing and client fees)
•	Identify business opportunities with our clients for Link Market Services
•	Keep abreast of current industry related issues
•	Identify registry needs of the client and ensure that they are met
•	Ensure that invoices are prepared and dispatched for each client in the portfolio for each month (where appropriate). Monitor the payment of these invoices by reviewing the debtors list

Client Relationship Assistant Manager

Acting National Complaints Manager

I would occasionally cover for the National Complaints Manager while they were on leave. The purpose of this role is to be the final contact for escalations on matters regarding any product that Link Market Services offers and to avoid reputational/financial losses for clients and ourselves and to restore faith in the person’s complaining in Link Group and our clients. 

Key Accountabilities:

•	Work with internal and internal stakeholders to resolve AFCA, FOS, ASIC complaints/investigations.
•	Resolve dissatisfactions before becoming complaints.
•	Report to the business on how to avoid dissatisfactions/complaints.
•	Resolve dissatisfactions/complaints such that the person’s faith is restored in Link Group and they are more informed regarding their situation. 
•	Offer support to various teams with responses to avoid escalation of matters. 
• 	Work with Clients through their client relationship managers to inform them of current dissatisfactions and provide solutions on how to avoid them in the future.
• 	Report to management teams every morning about on going complaints.

Acting National Complaints Manager

Key Accountabilities:

•	Provide administrative support for clients, EPS*, CRMS* & other Share Plan Specialists in their efforts to balance client/employee expectations with business objectives and revenue goals
•	Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s employee share plans
•	Understand how the transaction fits into the overall process
•	Understand each client’s transaction process including variations specific to client pans
•	Maintain an in-depth knowledge of employee share plan administration processes
•	Develop and maintain appropriate administration and processing records for designated client portfolio (Within agreed service levels)
•	Create and maintain accurate registers of designated clients
•	Ensure EPS administration is conducted in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, in accordance with agreed service standards
•	Be responsible for delivery of the overall process
•	Reconcile account in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with agreed service standards
•	Prepare documents, correspondence, statements and reports for clients.
•	Contribute effective operation of the team b developing and understanding the duties of other share plan specialists and working collaboratively to ensure that team targets are met.
•	Continuously looking for processing improvements
•	Participate proactively as a team member and contribute to the continuous improvement as a team

The role requires me to have a strong client service focus, strong analytical & reconciliation skills, a high level of organisation by applying a systematic approach to work, work well under pressure, research & resolve complex enquiry’s & complaints, prioritize work, effective verbal &  written communication skills including negotiating skills, to be team player, solve complex problems, flexibility in my work schedule and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Share Plan Officer

Being a Customer service officer at  link market services, I offer innovative ways to retail and institutional investors  to  help manage their investment holdings. In my current role I deal with multiple investments from a large a diverse client range, all the way to big retail & investment banks, large telecommunication to small public companies as Link Market Services is one of Australia's largest share registries. Some of the services we handle for our clients are but not limited to Ordinary Shares, Employee Shares, Initial Public Offerings, Capital Raising, Fixed Interest Investments and Estate Management.

Customer Service Officer

St.George Bank

•	Customer information, credit cards, transaction accounts, information on products and services, internet banking, updating customer details, liaising with customers and other teams to achieve the customers desired outcomes.
•	Credit cards - cancelling and reissuing, card replacements, name changes, balance transfers, transaction enquirers, fraud, interest rate enquirers, general enquirers, product enquirers and statement enquirers.
•	Transaction accounts - closing accounts, fees and service enquirers, transaction enquirers, statement enquirers, interest enquirers, product enquirers and general enquirers.
•	Information on products and services – e.g. What services a branch can offer, what each product offers, branch location enquirers and website enquirers. 
•	Internet banking - resetting customer details so they can log in, log in troubleshooting, website/app troubleshooting and internet banking walk-throughs e.g. How to add a payee, how to increase limits, how to change card pin, etc.
•	Communicating with teams - working out what the customer wants by asking key questions about their situation and using that information to liaise with the correct team as to not waste company or customer time.
•	Home & contents insurance sales - I was part of a small chosen group of experienced and high achieving customer services consultants to partake in a pilot program selling home and content insurance to St George customers.

•	Supervising employees, overseeing production, logistics coordinating and policy/procedure reform.
•	Supervising employees - supporting, educating/training, organizing shifts and helping detail their job science.
•	Overseeing production - quality control, analysing the product continuously and controlling machinery to achieve desired product and constant regulatory checks to insure standards are met.
•	Logistics coordinating - organizing warehouse stock, organizing warehouse machinery and organizing employees.
•	Policy and procedure reform - helping my superiors to improve procedures to achieve better product outcomes and safety while also adding input into policies that were vague.

•	General Bar duties, customer service, assisting the manager, working in a fast-paced environment and book keeping.
•	Bar duties - stock replenishment, cleaning and keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable
•	Customer service - Providing enjoyment, creating a safe and fun atmosphere while taking care of drunk patrons and general conversing with customers. 
•	Manager assisting - going above my duty and taking on extra responsibility as to release the manager for more important and urgent tasks.
•	Book keeping - filling out and accounting for the end of night books.

Bambach Specialised and Industrial Cables

•	Storeman/Temp supervisor - Logistics, picking and packing, stocktake, sales, data entry, forklift operator, training employees, overseeing store productivity and effectiveness.
•	Logistics - organizing transport for freight, stock organizing and liaising with warehouse teams.
•	Sales - selling products to walk in customers based on their needs and trying to up sell a better product and providing accurate up to date time frames on deliveries for the sales team and superiors.
•	Data entry - consignment numbers, processing shipped sales and customer information.
•	Overseeing productivity and effectiveness - daily analysis of items, sales income, quantity shipped and how to possibly improve these results.
