STAC Solutions doesn’t pay invoices until we agree on it if it doesn’t match the quote. 

We provide fair rates and a tech stack (TMS) that allows you to have reporting, address book & inventory storage to make shipping easier. 

We partner independently with Priority1 to give you the buying power of a large 3PL with management level of a small business. 

Our solutions include nationwide carrier options for Truckload, LTL, Expedited & Flatbed freight, to name a few. 

If you’re stuck or want a second opinion on a project, reach out. Something I do unique from others is tell you flat out what the market indicates carriers are paid. This way, you know if you’re being given a fair rate or if your current provider is raking you over the coals. 

Shipping is expensive. It is a rendered service that doesn’t often get discounted. We try to be fair up front and I personally opt out of rate increases for my customers.

I've been quiet on LinkedIn lately. I made a huge sales push in Q4 and it paid off - we ended up 19.5% increase in shipment count over our 2024 numbers for 2025!

Looking forward to 2026 and already off to a strong start. I am looking to hire another Operations Manager for the day-to-day and going to keep my sales momentum going! Why not?

Managing has been something I have avoided. My hope was if I was just nice enough and flexible about everything, an employee would want to do their very best and essentially read my mind. As I type that, I realize how crazy and unintentional it sounds. That is going to change this year!

What I am most thankful for is colleagues, mentors and friends challenging and encouraging me in entrepreneurship. I wouldn't grow without any of you, and you know who you are :)

As I grow, I also value privacy so much more than I did before. I have re-written this about 3 different times. I want to provide an update, but I also value keeping my cards close to my chest as the business evolves.
