I am a Franco-British strategic business leader and revenue Driver with 20+ years international experience (especially EMEA) at blue-chip names and global leaders including Google and Club Med. My deep business acumen and track record of doubling business size of Club Med UKI (from £40M to £80M in 4 years) through focused expansion in the delivery of products and services to clients is complimented by a passion for technology and particular expertise in digital and e-commerce, marketing and branding. In my current role as Country Director of Google Customer Solutions France, I drive double digit growth for a multi-billion-euro revenue business, delivering value to customers across our products and services. I set and implement strategy and foster a diverse inclusive sales culture for a 150-person high performing team. I am also the Southern Europe Agency lead and a member of the EMEA Agency board, as well as the executive sponsor of AI solutions for privacy. Previously, I leveraged my long experience in e-commerce to lead digital innovations for Club Med worldwide that prompted a 50% increase in online sales and adopted online payment methods to simplify customer purchases and improve customer journeys on the revamped website. Fluent in English and French, I have decades of experience managing multi-geography teams and understand the behaviours and motivations of demanding clients from different countries. I adapt quickly and collaborate well with people from varied cultures and pride myself on my ability to recruit, direct and motivate diverse, talented teams, empowered to contribute and encouraged to work intelligently across functions and geographies.
