Bridging People and Purpose for Organizational Growth. Throughout my career, I’ve managed cross-functional teams, led department-wide initiatives, and built new programs from the ground up - often serving as the connective tissue between leadership, operations, and frontline teams. I oversaw customer success and internal operations during a period of rapid growth, helping scale revenue while managing team structure, training, employee engagement, and partner strategy. I’ve led hiring, onboarding, and development for both full-time staff and contract-based event teams, including for national tech conferences and nonprofit fundraisers. I also helped implement customer education offerings that doubled as both engagement and revenue drivers; supporting long-term sustainability and increasing both client retention and market presence. Currently, as a Senior Partner Success Manager at Net at Work, I help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) grow their line of business application offerings such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and eCommerce. I also serve as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Panel, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect within our organization. In addition to my role at Net at Work, I am a Business Advisor at MarketIntent.ai, a NYC-based tech startup that specializes in AI and data intelligence. I assist enterprises in pinpointing and engaging their high-potential customers, thereby amplifying revenue and optimizing expenditures. I am also co-founder of: 1. In This Together Roundtable, a virtual community, where we connect like-minded entrepreneurs, HR directors, lawyers, recruiters, brokers, sales reps, CPAs, venture capitalists, C-suite executives, and anyone else looking for help to grow their business. 2. Sunset Connect, an events company that creates intentional networking experiences to help local business owners connect, collaborate, and grow. 3. Community Cares, a free LinkedIn group and job board designed to support job seekers through networking, shared opportunities, and encouragement.
