I led the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success team to create a tight, consistent customer experience. In charge of entire sales to customer retention cycle -- from top-of-funnel strategy, managing social media, executing email campaigns, and creating thought leadership pieces.

*Building and managing team of five Success agents, consistently scoring over an 80% "happiness" score, answering an average of 1,500 tickets a week.
*Boosting company's NPS score; vital to retention and new product roll outs.

Let's face it - getting people to think about finances, let alone their 401k, is hard. I was part of an agile marketing incubation team tasked with peeling away the many onion-y layers of our target markets to move customers out of inertia and into a decision-making state. 

Major Accomplishments Include:
*Bringing in ethnographic methodology to design and test the company's most successful enrollment campaign. 
*Developing an audience insight project that included shadowing customers and prospects, creating customer profiles, writing case studies, and rolling out an internal communications plan.
*Building marketing campaigns from the design phase to production, with rapid prototyping and A/B testing throughout different phases of the campaign.

As the go-to communications person, I was the resident storyteller and megaphone proclaiming how technology pairs exceptionally well across health care, education, public safety and entrepreneurship sectors to improve lives and communities. My stories included partnerships with Room to Read, Grameen Foundation, and the GSMA Development Fund. Our content was both digital and in print, translated in seven languages, and was read by Fortune 500 executives, government officials, network operators, and NGOs.
