- Establishment of business unit in China (hired/managed >14 FTE) 
- Optimization of global QM team (>70 FTE), resulted in a reduction of processing time
- Set up and lead process for new manufacturers, resulting in a proven reduction of quality fails
- Offering innovative solutions for several cross-functional projects regarding quality risk assessment, chemical management and market developments.

- Establishing procedures for wear tests, product reconditioning at arrival, physical testing and quality risk assessment
- Establishing parameters and guidelines for physical testing and product labeling 
- Root cause analysis and prevention of customer complaints and returns
- Guiding and developing QC team and manufactures in China.
- Developing and providing trainings across the business, especially focused on product development, manufacturing, inbound warehouses and return centers
