The Branch Manager position is the final role of the Development Program. The focus is on running the branch as a business, working with the assistant branch manager to ensure compliance, and development of the assistant branch manager and bankers.

The Assistant Branch Manager position was the second role of the Development Program which switches primary focus to compliance, audit standards, branch production, and development of branch bankers through coaching while still handling your own clientele and sales.

The Personal Banker position was the very first leg of the Sales and Management Development Program at JPMorgan Chase, which primarily focused on building lasting relationships with clientele through recommending services and products that were tailored to our clientele's specific needs. 
-Collaborated with specialists to help our clientele with mortgages, retirements, and investments.
-Consistently acquired new clientele relationships while retaining and deepening the present clientele.
-Focused on the customer experience to ensure quality and satisfactory interactions at every point of contact.
