- 2022: Top performer France with 135% of Target achievement. Presidents Club. Growth Mindset Award.

- development and execution of global sales strategy for 5 of our top client accounts
- global account team creation, monthly commercial animation, process clarification and daily coordination of an average of 5 international AEs per client account
- initiated and successfully delivered multiple transversal projects with international stakeholders
- animated multiple best practice sharing sessions and trainings in front of 100+ worldwide AEs
- cold calling reference within CoachHub, having won multiple Bonanza calling races in partnership with my SD 
- close mentoring of the account team constituted by SDR and CSMs
- tender win rate of 100% (2/2)
- activated multiple marketing communication channels (conference speakers, video use cases, etc.)
- multiple conference pitching 

What excites me the most?
Opening an new account and bringing it from 25K to 420K within 2 years and setting up the framework ensuring sustainable success!

Global Key Account Manager

My role as Key Account Manager at MoovOne (before acquisition by CoachHub):
- developing and executing the commercial strategy for 6 major Enterprise clients (>100.000 employees WW)
- in charge of existing business, renewals, cross-sells and up-sells
- tender response coordination and winning
- growth target overachievement of 137%
- close client engagement with support of Customer Success Teams
- ABM (account based marketing) strategy development and deployment in coordination with Marketing teams

Key Account Manager

MoovOne, French leader and pure player in providing professional coaching digitally to unleash every manager’s potential. Improve employee engagement, team effectiveness and collective performance  so as to transform organizations.
MoovOne was acquired by CoachHub in September 2021.

My role as AE:
- mapping enterprise organizations (>30.000 people in France), in depth account research and prioritization of prospecting activities
- C-level cold calling with an average of 8 meetings per week booked
- discovery calls and end to end opportunity management

After having successfully proven my C-level engagement skills, I quickly evolved to a key account manager role.
