DRUID is an AI scale-up founded in 2018 which provides enterprise companies with an intelligent automation ecosystem based on conversational AI and business applications. I was the first marketing FTE to join DRUID.

How I contributed:
- coordinated the Marketing team during growth phase (2021-2022)
- defined event campaign framework with strategy for sales outbound, social selling, paid ads, nurturing
- redesigned, wrote copy, configured, and deployed new website to improve conversion rates
- defined and coordinated social media strategy based on new growth pillars (solutions, customers, founders, employee advocacy)
- redesigned the customer references process based on customer journey milestones to maximize output
- built to the first iteration of the outbound sales program: recruited SDRs, deployed automation infrastructure and built frameworks
- collaborated with Product Marketing to calibrate positioning, messaging, and content
- defined and deployed digital event framework and infrastructure to improve number of qualified leads
- trained team members on topics like design, copywriting, content production, social media, web development
- provided creative direction for internal team to improve quality of output and align to brand
- managed marketing and sales tech stack (CRM, CMS, sales intelligence platforms, outbound platforms, streaming platforms, design tools)
- recruited and trained new team members
- fixed and built new brands assets - logo, typography, decks, taglines etc.

How I contributed:
- built, configured, and deployed the entire digital marketing infrastructure from scratch (new website, social media channels, paid advertising, integrations, and technical configurations), which enabled the collection of qualified leads and increased conversion by 5x through digital channels
- developed the social media strategy, plan, and content, enabling a 4x increase in followers and a 5x increase in reach within the same budget
- created product content in the early days to enable sales outbound and communication
- configured and deployed marketing automation platform and CRM (Hubspot);
- trained internal team to and built the lead qualification process
- configured technical platforms and infrastructure for global website delivery (CDN, DNS, etc.)
- managed transition between CMS platforms to enable collaboration on content and improve security
- coordinated the effort that won DRUID the Startup of the Year at CESA 2019
- designed templates and content (customer facing decks, investor decks, social media content, whitepapers, etc.)
- provided UX/UI and front-end development support to product, pre-sales, and delivery teams

How I contributed:
- audited the digital marketing infrastructure, highlighting changes needed to be deployed for growth
- updated website to promote conversion through CTAs, solved on-page SEO issues, and implemented further optimizations
- deployed digital marketing infrastructure (analytics and paid ads platforms, technical configurations and integrations, etc.)
- developed the social media strategy and created content, enabling a 7-8x increase in reach in just one month
- designed templates for several marketing collaterals (social media assets, case studies, etc.)
- re-built front-end UI (HTML, CSS, JS with GitHub versioning) for main platform use-case demo (customer onboarding)
- provided UX/UI design support to delivery and product teams
- provided support for internal communications
- identified and fixed major security breach in website deployment, spanning several CMS installations, and strengthened security to avoid further issues
