I am a member of Nestlé's Global IT Leaders group and a member of the Barcelona Global IT Hub management team. 

As responsable of global Operations for one of the 11 IT departments at Nestlé, my team manages a portfolio valued at USD 75 Mio p.a., budget reviews and operational activities such as Vendor Management, Product and Application Performance Management and Operational Excellence.

I coordinate management action (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly operational reviews, as well as alignment with CIO office), act as head of PMO and drive capability building for my department: Talent acquisition, development and retention, Agile / Product Management practices, Graduate program and Well-being plan.

Additionally, I have managed a number of multi-year product acceleration programs for the department with a total budget in excess of USD 150M.

CRM Consulting Manager & Sales Quality Manager (Six Sigma Black Belt)

The IMLP is a 2-year programme designed to develop GE's next generation of leaders in Information Management. The programme focuses on developing solid leadership, communication and project management skills. It consists of four rotational assignments that cut across different aspects of GE business, projects, teams, managers and locations. IMLP's receive formal coursework in information technology along with other educational workshops. IMLP's are considered to be high talent, internal consultants that tackle complex issues within a short time frame.

► During the $43B Honeywell’s due diligence, consolidated Orders and Headcount Reporting to comply with GE’s reporting guidelines
► Performed a Cost-Benefit analysis on different outsourcing scenarios that resulted in a proposal to
save $1.5M p.a. for a $7M operating unit.

► Design/implementation of strategic programmes across Europe (25 business units) at Corporate Initiatives Group
► Developed a global Tracking System to ensure that GE Capital complied with corporate Crisis
Management policy, including gathering of requirements with CEO-level executives and facilitation of focus groups. The outcome was regarded as a global “best practice” that was exported to all GE divisions
► Defined a monitoring system to measure the readiness of GE Capital to adopt the Euro

Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP)

► Carried out the research and built a proposal to virtualise and improve the operation of 6 call centres across Europe and their capabilities (hardware, software, telephony and services)
