Main responsibilities involve, researching and extracting data from specific sources to identify key members. Once the data are gathered and stored in our system, I create outbound prospecting campaigns through emails or social media platforms, targeting decision-makers. The aim is to engage potential leads with the company's value proposition, hence generating interest and increasing the success rate.
Additional duties include working alongside the social media team to create meaningful content for the company’s social media accounts.

Duties included attracting new clients and retaining the existing ones by providing them with the ideal deals that were best suited for them. When possible, new clients showed interest in purchasing from Unicare Ltd, my task was to arrange meetings with them in order to discuss the potential benefits that choosing us as their main distributor would be. I feel that I have gained a great amount of experience, improved my communication skills, enhanced my general knowledge and engaged with the pressure of the working environment. I formed relationships with the clients, assisting them in their last-minute requests and learnt their needs, thus honing the ability to recommend the most appropriate new products for them.

I familiarized myself with all the products in an effort to be able to offer proper advice when the customers would ask for it.
