I’m a Marketing and Growth Lead with proven experience in building corporate branding, rebranding, developing and executing growth hacking strategies. Along with a mission to work with dedicated professionals I invest my time and funds in startups & companies that change the way of thinking and doing things. I know from experience that strategic planning, consistency in execution and curious mind make great things happen. This has been my motto all along my diverse work experience with many top companies and brands like GOOGLE, LUFTHANSA, AIR BALTIC, NOVARTIS, NORTH ESTONIA MEDICAL CENTRE, BONDUELLE, COCA-COLA, FUNDWISE, FINESTA BALTIC, RIMI BALTIC, FLEETGURU, SANTA MARIA, PROMINION, VALNES, FERRERO and many others. Main fields of expertise: B2B SaaS, startup ecosystem, fintech, crowdfunding, investing, health care and medical, HR & recruiting. Career highlights include: Spring-summer 2020 I executed a successful rebrand for B2B SaaS company PROMINION with a new name (formerly IP Callcenters), fresh website and brand identity and set off systematic digital, content and event marketing traditions in Estonian and Lithuanian markets. Since executing growth hacking strategies the YoY annual revenue growth in 2021 was 51% (vs 2020) and quarterly revenue growth 54% (Q4 2020 vs Q4 2021). In April 2018 I launched an international brand for one of the top HR companies in the Baltics - FINESTA BALTIC. Along with Finesta’s new brand identity I developed their marketing and PR strategy, launched new website and set off systematic PR, content and digital marketing traditions. In August 2015 launching the first equity crowdfunding platform in the Baltics – FUNDWISE. The first months I was onboarding 7 companies to build successful campaigns and raise €375K from investors in Europe and Scandinavia. In 2013-2014, when co-operating with the awarded Estonian crowdfunding platform HOOANDJA, I consulted the project creators and launched their crowdfunding campaigns. Under my watch 88 projects were successfully funded raising over €250K. Also I was the guardian of Hooandja’s social media channels, which put together have now 12 000+ followers. In 2010 while working for the NORTH ESTONIA MEDICAL CENTRE I launched the campaign for young people aged 18-25 in Estonia to become blood donors, which grew the number by 20% in just one year. I created and managed the blood donors Facebook page Doonorid ja Sõbrad that has now 25 000+ followers.
