- Prepared Construction Cost Estimates for utility accommodations utilizing NJDOT pay-item lists, history of project bids & compiled specifications, and coordination with third-party utility designers & contractors.
- Led and assisted in the design of ADA ramps, roadways, ingress/egress access plans, stormwater plans, erosion and sediment control and sidewalk field inspections.
- Responsible for the design of proposed utility pole construction, soil erosion protection, coastal tidelands conservation and the preparation of erosion and sediment control plans for 69kV aerial electric utility rebuild projects.
- Assisted in CES proposed drainage design for PCSM/EMS revisions, and post-construction engineering services.
- Provided QA/QC reviews of shop drawings for stormwater basin outfall structures, inlets, manholes, drainage systems, and proposed roadway cross sections for consistency with PCSM Plans.

- Supervised and scheduled the daily work orders carried out in the field by maintenance crews while implementing Quality Assurance/Quality Control techniques to assure the safety of the public as well as our workers.
- Coordinated daily work for specialized maintenance crews trained in performing Encapsulation mold repairs on broken gas mains or leaking pipe joints that could not be sealed with any other form of repairs.
- Assigned daily work for Service Abandonments via Vacuum Technology equipped trucks who dealt with the upcoming demolition of buildings that still had active gas service lines, preventative maintenance on houses that were deemed abandoned/vacant by the Department of Licenses & Inspections, and the removal of service lines to customers that have been caught stealing services by the Meter Investigation Unit.
- Collaborated with Area Supervisors to appoint repair work for the Maintenance Cart crews permanently assigned to their respective areas that performed emergency gas main cut-outs and abandonments or cooperated with other utilities to perform crucial, time-sensitive repairs.
