Global Product Manager - Vacuum Generation and Analysis

	Oversee a vast range of products as a technical expert: Pressure Measurement, Flow Control, Deposition Monitoring and Control, Residual Gas Analysis, Leak Detection
	Promote positive attitude and SPIRIT values in all projects and aspects of the job
	Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand trends and develop market collateral for key industries
	Revolutionize marketing material and website data to ensure that KJLC is seen as the experts in our field
	Collaborate with sales and supply chain to understand and execute proper forecast / stocking to match customer demands
	Collaborate with partners to define concepts and develop business plans for new products that are lead by market needs

	Create and maintain key vendor relationships
	Domestic and International travel to assist with customer inquiries, develop accounts, and gather market data for future needs

Global Product Manager - Instrumentation and Gauging

	Responded to technical inquires over three distinct product lines, globally
	Developed training materials for the global sales team to promote existing and new products
	Developed website material / technical documents to reduce incoming technical questions, 
        increasing efficiency and ROI 
	Maintained high standard of service and positivity throughout the workplace and with customers
	Developed and maintained vendor relationships
	Provided technical support to external customers and internal sales team via phone, video 
        conferences, and international travel

Global Product Specialist

Primary responsibilities

	Physical testing/analysis of composite and metallic materials
	Thermal testing/analysis of composite and metallic materials via TGA, DSC, DMA, and TMA
	Maintenance and calibrations of thermal instrumentation
	Help establish accreditations for physical and thermal testing by adhering to specific guidelines and passing annual audits
	Training personnel how to perform and analyze physical and thermal specifications

	Ensuring compliance to OSHA in chemical safety in Composites Group
