Sold newspapers in Trenton, pretzels on the corner, glow sticks at the 4th of July festival down Penns Landing Babysat, lemonade stands, snow shoveler, poop scooper, bartender Created a paper ordering catalogue for neighbors (similar to Shipt!) I held game set ups on my porch and charged the neighbors to win my old toys (thanks Chris Larsen for single handedly owning most of it) Clean out jobs - the junk in your space (I discovered original baseball cards from 100 years ago, still in the wrapper. They used to be tiny not the size they are today and when we sold them my mom single handedly built an addition on our home), Wendy’s and Walmart in 2 states (I was great at getting customers through the line), Sold credit cards at MBNA, Machinist at P&G (scored the highest on the exam in a room full of men. I was 18) Post 9/11 ARMY Combat medic, disabled vet *These experiences really ground in the grit, skills, and confidence to excel anywhere I put my mind to PHASE 2 (20-35 yo) THE EARNING Graduated with Honors, worked as a level 1 CC RN BSN & MBA both as a single mom (My mom died when I was 18 and I had sisters to care for) I left nursing to excel in lower Manhattan real estate (filmed on MDLNY w/ Steve Gold) crushing it with 52 deals my first 7 months without a network beating teams of 6. Start ups - Ex Oscar (and beyond) *proof points that built my confidence & gave me stability Phase 3 (>35yo) THE GIVE BACK Traumas always catch up to your mind and body. My work now is self care & healing. #ACEs Mom of 3 (my eldest went to a private boarding school, The Knox, in NYC. Later Naval Vet stationed in Japan), my younger two girls teach me patience. Listening to my handsome husband talk about TopHealth Care Media Network ALL DAY long. I am the official listener 🎀🧿
