beVisioneers is a global fellowship that equips innovators aged 16 to 28 with the training, expert support and resources to bring their planet-positive projects to life.

The DO School Fellowships

beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship provides young innovators each year with the skills, relationships, and funding to turn their climate ideas into launched projects starting with a 12-month hybrid program and growing to 1,000 fellows each year.

Past projects:
-Co-designed and facilitated UN Women's Industry Disruptor, which accelerated 140+ sustainable, gender-equitable fashion entrepreneurs in India and Europe, in partnership with multinational fashion brands like H&M, Tchibo, and Bonprix to tackle systemic challenges in the fashion & lifestyle industry
-Co-designed and facilitated UAE University Science & Innovation Park's Digital Venture Incubation Program, supporting UAE entrepreneurs to go from idea to launch of 12+ startups addressing climate, food security, healthcare, education, and a pathway to life on Mars
-Co-design and facilitate Future of Food Fellowship, to build brain trust of 40+ local, sustainable food entrepreneurs, industry experts, and investors collaborating on more regenerative food systemics globally
-Develop and execute strategy for DO Community, a global platform for entrepreneurs, social innovators, and experts to connect, learn, and co-create solutions on social and environmental justice
-Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across programs and global community
-Lead evaluations and publish reports on social, environmental, and financial impact of entrepreneurs and programs

• Developed Internal Communications Program across digital platforms and events that led to ratings of over 90% in employee motivation and alignment with company priorities
• Co-designed and delivered annual Hackathon with 200 multinational “intrapreneurs“ across 3 hubs that broke silos within company and resulted in socially impactful technology; coordinated organizers and partners
• Advised C-level executives bi-weekly on corporate communications risks and opportunities
• Co-organized Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee through a thriving community of colleagues; secured executive sponsorship and strategic plan for D&I; represented company at Google Capital D&I peer learning series

• Launched Engineering Communications Program to train computer scientists on knowledge sharing and expand external community, resulting in more efficient collaboration and intrapreneurship

Engineering Communications Manager

Afghan Friends Network

• Designed community building campaigns that grew income by 200% (online campaigns and events) 	
• Represented AFN in 2 diplomatic visits to Afghanistan with US Department of State and Afghan government officials
• Developed 5-year strategic plan and evaluation tools that met the unique needs of Afghan educators and American board
• Developed training materials for new board members and volunteers 
• Collaborated with Storytellers for Good to create mini documentary 
• Managed strategic partnerships including Sister Cities in US/Afghanistan, foundations, and artistic partnerships

• Doubled community to 300+ members and increased investments by 80% 
• Designed and facilitated workshops for young Palestinian and Israeli entrepreneurs that resulted in social impact startups and team cohesion despite increasing violence in region
• Developed values-based curriculum for MIT volunteer instructors that boosted retention by 30%
