I made recommendations regarding the suitability and possible structure of an End of Life Learning and Information Centre with an annual operating budget of  Cdn$100,000, a major initiative representing 15 % of the organizations current revenues

Ministry of Education U.A.E.  / CECN Educonsult, Abu Dhabi, UAE

I collaborated with a team of 12 Canadian teachers to write curriculum for the national public education system, leading to IT skill acquisition.

My responsibilities included the design of IT skill acquisition lessons for middle school students, mentoring new teachers through the teacher certification process, and championing the adoption of a new course outline in several schools in the district.

I also worked directly with representatives of companies such as TD Canada Trust to provide feedback about customer satisfaction and brand awareness in order to assist them with product-line, service decisions and incentive bonus programs
