MSS provide a full range of Human Resource and Recruitment solutions to Irish businesses including HR consulting, Human Resource Management, Employment Legislation advice and representation, Employer Compliance, Recruitment, and HR Administration.

MSS is dedicated to providing a reliable, cost-effective and practical HR service to Irish SMEs, start-ups and multi-nationals.

Responsible for the overall HR function within a number of client sites through the MSS OnSite HR service which provides onsite HR support for small and medium sized businesses. 

- First point of contact for all HR queries.
- Providing support and guidance to management teams. 
- Act on all employee relation matters.
- Start to finish recruitment - advertising, screening, conducting interviews, reference checking, terms and conditions of employment and induction paperwork.
- Management of all HR data, files and records - absence, annual leave, payroll etc. 
- Overall ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Completion of HR Audits for client companies to ensure they are fully compliant with employment legislation.

Human Resources Business Partner

Nobox HR Outsourcing Solutions

•	Responsible for HR activities for over 1100 contract employees in 12 locations throughout Europe and the UK. 
•	First point of contact for all HR queries, for both client management and employees.
•	Full involvement in investigation and disciplinary matters, including preparation and follow up of HR related documentation in line with company HR disciplinary procedures.
•	Mediation in resolving staff conflicts and other issues.
•	Responsible for implementation of HR procedures and policies.
•	Providing advice to management on good HR practices.
•	Monitor maternity, parental, paternal, carers and unpaid leave for all employees.
•	Liaise with recruitment, training and payroll departments on a regular basis.
•	Ensure internal HR system is updated in line with procedures, carryout regular internal audits to ensure compliance for external audits and rectify any deviation.
•	Responsible for the distribution of contracts to our client airlines ‘Lear Jet Pilots’. Including drafting each individual contract as required.
•	Additional administration responsibility providing domestic vs international tax statements for employees.
