In March 2018 my wife was relocated to Belgium and I had to take time out to raise a family. I have been working on creating Application for mobile phones. The main idea behind this Application is about rehabilitation after stroke or heart attack. I also suggested some new and creative ideas about using Application in other conditions after which it is compulsory to take course of rehabilitation for full recovery. I play crucial role in this process because of my medical education. Owing to my experience it is possible to find the right content and make it more suitable for common use. I participate in constant negotiations with the person responsible for creating software for this Application and sharing with him the main ideas about further developing. I also constantly looking for the new practices and trends in rehabilitation process. The other part of my work is about Budget planning and controlling of expenses. I started to work on this project from scratch and because of my hard work and setting targets two main blocks are successfully organized and now we are working on creating video with exercises. I have been improving my skills constantly on organizing and managing people remotely, budget planning. Developed time management, team work and communication skills, working as part of a small team within the application for mobile section. Demonstrated motivation and commitment by willingness to work unsociable hours. I have participated in Trainings: “Managing emotions in times of uncertainty and stress”, “Managing the company of the future”, “Corporate strategy”, “The manager’s toolkit: a practical guide to managing people at work” via Coursera. Not so long time ago I returned to Russia.

From August 2011 to May 2014 as a regional manager I was responsible for Moscow (6 medical representatives, work with dermatologists) and St. Petersburg (2 medical representatives, work with dermatologists). From May 2014 to January 2015 I was responsible for North-West Region of Russia (5 medical representatives, work with dermatologists). Working in that position I received a huge experience in not only maintaining and developing business in Saint-Petersburg but also in opening new cities such as Arkhangelsk, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Pskov.  From January 2015 I was responsible for Moscow OTC team (11 pharmacy representatives). The decision was made because of my previous experience in working with OTC products (such companies as Boots Healthcare and Sandoz) and this team was build from scratch.
