My product journey began when I tried launching a startup in 2012. Since then, I have shipped a variety of complex and successful B2B SaaS and B2C products in developed and emerging markets and worked closely with executive stakeholders in business, operations, technology, legal, and sales. In my product process, I subscribe to the scientific method and seek proof of product hypotheses in quantitative and qualitative data. This unbiased research helps to build software with great user experience and high business value. I led multiple development teams throughout the entire lifecycle, from inception and strategy to execution and GTM. That required me to take charge of user research and competitor analysis, craft both short-term roadmaps and long product term strategy, lead OKR planning, and rally my teams around shared goals.
