I am an MBA qualified commercially focused Senior Executive with 20+ years’ experience initiating and executing strategic initiatives enterprise-wide and within critical multi-functional areas for corporate, mid-sized and tech enabled start-up companies. My experience spans several sectors, delivering strategies resulting in a positive impact on both top and bottom-line P&L, share price, and the future valuation of the business leading to further investment, sale or acquisition. Sectors include: Consumer Goods, Energy, Utilities, Travel & Leisure, FinTech, Professional Services, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Logistics& Supply Chain, LegalTech. My career has encompassed conducting commercial due diligence, business modelling, evaluating opportunities for growth, improving organisational capabilities and performance; throughout periods of expansion, change and transformation. I have been privileged to work ‘hands on’ alongside key stakeholders; to understand corporate objectives, business model (TOM), strategic and financial plans in order to perform my responsibilities. I am passionate about collaboration and inclusion to nurture high performing teams, and have managed teams in a wide variety of cultural environments, both remotely and onsite. Achievements include:  Leadership role with shared P&L accountability for a Retail Plc with £2.3bn t/o. Developed Pricing and Procurement strategies to build capability, and performance, achieving a market leadership position within 3 years, positively impacting share price.  Overall responsibility for Trading Portfolio (£750m), revealed £30M bottom line profitability, which led to sale of the Company at a premium price.  Re-capitalised a start-up enterprise (debt and equity) to attract further funding, meet mandatory licence requirements and become a fully accredited Savings & Loans business within 2 years; with a $20M loan portfolio. I am open to full time (contract / perm roles) based in the UK, with occasional national/international travel as required.
