As a Product Lead at FNB South Africa, I have over 8 years of experience in designing and delivering gamified solutions across various domains, such as wealth and investment, innovation, and support. I am passionate about creating user-centric and engaging digital products that deliver on business strategy and customer needs. With a strong background in program development and quality assurance, I have successfully managed gamified projects from initial conception, through development, to implementation. I have also trained and led highly efficient teams, and communicated complex concepts in understandable terms. Some of my achievements include increasing user retention, securing a large contract with a leading retailer, and earning multiple certifications in gamification design.
