Within the Customer Success organization, I am at the head of the Expertise Center that is in charge to analyze the most complex issues raised by our customers.
My mission is to provide technical expertise and assistance for all kind of issues (deployment, functional, stability, performance, scalability) for all Dassault Systemes products.
In addition, I ensure to capitalize all the knowledge to share it to different audiences and improve the supportability of our solutions.

Expertise Center Senior Manager

I managed teams of technical experts (US, France, 10 people) for which our mission was to validate the performance and the scalability of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. This Platform is at the heart of all Dassault Systemes solutions for the 12 industries we serve, and is available on-premises and on the cloud.
Working in pair with the development teams, I ensured non-regression, drove improvements, and brought support to our customers, to succeed large-scale deployments.
Thanks to the delivery of a set of tools, I transferred all the required knowledge to the different people implied (R&D Development, Support) to speed up and ease the troubleshooting of any performance or scalability issue.

Platform R&D Performance & Scalability Senior Manager

I managed teams of technical experts (US, France, 10 people) for which our mission was to assess the performance and scalability for ENOVIA applications and server.
With a constant effort to guarantee the non-regression, my role was to validate, monitor and propose enhancements for the performance and scalability of ENOVIA solutions, both for on-premises and on-the-cloud offers.
I brought support to customers (from all industries), working in collaboration with the Support and Development teams. Our contributions were key for the deployment in production of several customers dealing with large data and a large number of users.
I defined, delivered and deployed all the necessary tools for the different audiences (customers, support, or development) to ease the troubleshooting of performance (single-user) and scalability (multi-user) issues. As the animator of a community of 1,000+ members, I encouraged to exchange information and best practices.
I developed skills to communicate to different degrees: teams, large audience, intranet website, customers, and executives.

ENOVIA R&D Performance & Scalability Senior Manager

I brought direct technical support and expertise to customers, working onsite and solving issues, dealing with large and complex data, with important customization.
At the head of offshore teams (India, 10 people), I used these returns of experience to define and deploy all the appropriate tools, both for R&D Developers and Support people. I capitalized all the best practices, methods and tools to be able to replicate the same. This leads to the success of V6 deployments in the aerospace and automotive industries.

ENOVIA R&D V6 Support Manager

Through a transversal role, I ensured the follow-up and convergence for all quality indicators of the PLM Infrastructure organization (150 people). I consolidated all the infrastructure deliveries, identified the impacts and communicate them to all the other R&D brands. In case of issues, I performed root cause analysis to improve the process and avoid the reproduction. This leads to improve the quality of several key infrastructure components.
I contributed to the transition from the ENOVIA V5 Server to the MatrixOne infrastructure. I was responsible of the convergence of red-wires scenarios and stress-tests on this new platform.
I was the manager of offshore teams (India, 10 people) and in charge to define and deliver all the necessary tools to help developers for the troubleshooting of the new ENOVIA V6 infrastructure. I brought support and technical expertise to demonstrate the V6 added values to the early adopters of the V6. We succeeded to deploy the V6 in production for our very first customers.

PLM Infrastructure R&D Operations & Implement Leader

I was in charge to develop and maintain the Product Structure modeler. With a constant collaboration with the Support teams, an important effort was made to reduce the backlog of incidents. I was recognized as a technical expert by the other R&D teams.
I put in place a software quality approach based on unit-testing to ensure non-regression and reach all quality criteria; first for my components, then for all the service (12 people). I consolidated all the different metrics and communicated the dashboards and plans to the management. As a result, the components of the service were recognized as the best ones in terms of quality for all the organization.

PLM Infrastructure R&D Software Development Manager

I defined, released and maintained interactive commands for the 2D Sketcher and 3D Part Design applications.

CATIA R&D Software Engineer

I defined and delivered in CATIA V5 the possibility to compute Drawings in batch mode. I also prototyped an interactive feature to transfer the job on other machines.
