I supported the IFD team in its digital transition by implementing digital tools to address business challenges, particularly through web marketing and automation solutions. To achieve this, I:
• Gathered stakeholder requirements and structured the project,
• Conducted workshops to explain and train the team on the tools and strategies to be adopted in the future.
Leveraging my knowledge of the startup ecosystem, I also acted as a leader to establish a strong network with key stakeholders (Business France, regional incubators, CES Las Vegas).

In order to optimize its financial and accounting processes, Auchan Retail International is launching a deployment of Oracle's cash management and supplier invoice digitization solutions (acquisition, matching, litigation, accounting and payment) in the 12 countries where it operates.

TEAM & METHODS :
Integrate a mixed team composed of a PMO, 3 BPM (Business Product managers: business experts) and a team of developers based in Riga, Lithuania.

MISSION : 
- Be the point of contact for the PMO and sponsors of the FINE program (international deployment of financial tools) to collect the needs, understand their issues.
- Translate business requirements based on PMO feedback into User Stories, prioritize them within the Product Backlog, and follow up on them
- Present the functional solution to the sponsors to ensure that it corresponds to the needs
- Reporting: communicate on the progress of the product and the roadmap of the next sprints

For the purpose of experimentation for projects around automated moderation within the IT department of LeBonCoin. (coordination between teams in Paris and Barcelona)

Be part of a mixed team composed of a developer from LeBonCoin and 3 developers from Adevinta (LeBonCoin's parent company) whose mission was as follows :

- Be the reference contact for the applicants (customer relations, fraud team at leboncoin, and Adevinta's product teams) to collect their needs and understand their issues.
- Translate the business needs into functional evolutions by involving the other teams to have a complete impact analysis.
- Present the functional solution to the requesting parties to ensure that it corresponds to their needs
- Define each evolution in the form of a User Story, prioritize them within the Product Backlog, and ensure follow-up
