Process Discovery Lead

- Support Process Discovery methodology to identify, prioritize and propose automation opportunities with the most significant potential and benefits for clients.
- Lead customer meetings with functional managers and SMEs to identify and understand the processes performed by the areas. Additionally, clarify any questions about the RPA Discovery process methodology.
- Create and update Discovery deliverables for clients, including Power BI dashboards, Roadmaps and status reports.
- Identify and select the automation opportunities with the highest impact, considering data points that impact the decision, such as subjectivity, complexity, feasibility, System interactions, hour savings and changes in the process.

Automation Business Analyst II

Nokia

- Automation: Automation and optimization of processes and reports through Power BI, Power Apps at a global level for various Nokia organizations. 
- Online Governance: Creation of Online Governance. Migration of Business reviews elaborated in Power Point to Power BI/Power Apps. The solutions allows updating graphs and figures directly from the data source, entering comments online and live directly in Power BI, presenting reviews using Power BI live, have role level security (RLS) for reading and editing. 
- Management of automation projects: Identification of solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Estimation of times and associated costs for the elaboration of the projects. Follow-up of deliverables and mitigation of deviations in the schedule. Assignment of collaborators for the development of projects. 
- PMO Support: Support to the PMO of Americas and Enterprise Global in the structuring of processes to guarantee the good financial, operational, and administrative execution of the projects. - Team leader: Planning, direction and control of the operation of the BI & Reporting area. Business Intelligence & Reporting team leadership (18 people). Assignment of projects to team members. Review and estimation of workload. Definition of priorities and key projects. Follow-up of area management indicators and definition of actions to guarantee compliance. Anticipation of the need for people required in the area to ensure the fulfillment of the projects. 
- Budget management: Management of the budget of the area. Optimizing the use of resources. 
- Strategic vision: Identify and channel new business opportunities/products and/or service lines.

BI & Reporting Team leader (Operations Pool)

- PMO Reporting: Preparation of financial reports, KPI's and monitoring of projects for the controls established within the Americas PMO. 
- Financial reports automation: Preparation of instructives and improvements in processes/times to automate the company's financial reports through ZINA (Automation Area in Nokia) 
- Power BI: Creation of Power BI Dashboards and reports for PMO. Publication of Power BI's in Workspace of the area.

PMO Analyst Senior (Operations Pool)

- Cost management: Costs control and management for Cross Business groups projects fNokia and fAlu. As sold cost estimate (ASCE) consolidation and Cost baseline (CBL) elaboration with project manager. Forecast elaboration via trend analysis. Monthly cost reporting with details of cost origin (Resources, Subcontracting, Tickets, Cost transfers, Cost accrual, WIP). Creation of strategies to reduce costs impact in the Business groups projects (Balance of costs between Business groups). Follow up of cost transfers by Business Groups (Carve out).
- Reporting: Management and elaboration of fAlu and fNokia LAT reporting. Creation in SAP P20 and SAP BPP of the following reports: Cost and revenue, purchase orders, End to End, Good receipts (GR), Sales orders, SSR (Site service request), final invoice, Resources MWD charged by project, SAP contracts available quantities report.
- Creation of step by step and videos for LAT reporting automation via ZINA robot.

Cost and Progress Manager (Operations Pool)

- 4C update: Update of As sold cost estimate (ASCE), Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Cost baseline (CBL) in 4C for LAT. Synchronization of financial reports in reporting week for the WBS and/or Care contracts of the projects. Review of the Project cost adherence (PCA) of the projects. Monitoring of the Cost Overun (COU) of each case name. 
- Site Forge: Attendance at Workshops and training scheduled by P&T (Process and Tools) to learn about this new platform. Creation of sites, Site module package (SMP), Modules and Checklists. 
- SAP Support: Creation of WBS level 2, 3 and 4, mass creation of Back to Back (B2B - Sales order – Service order – Purchase order), Creation of Vendor Outline agreement (VOA), Release of Billing block release (BBR) , posting of Good receipts (GR), reassignment of service supplier, Validation and legalization of potential sites Previous acceptance by customer (PAC). Alignment in IPM of B2B, projects and WBS.

Cost and Progress Analyst (Operations Pool)

- Project management: Formulation and execution of projects in the technological, commercial and personnel selection areas in the company.
- Optimization of the process of recruitment, selection and hiring (RSH) of personnel: Identification of opportunities for improvement in the process carried out on candidates; update of personnel selection procedures; nationwide implementation of the "Enlace 2.0" web platform, which was designed based on the improvements identified during the selection process; development and execution of a training plan in Enlace 2.0 at the national level made up of courses and evaluations by position, conferences at the national level. Tests assigned by profile that guarantee the training of all the personnel in the area.
- Analysis of the commercial management and budget execution of the company: Analysis and follow-up of the prospection of clients of the commercial area; preparation of sales budgets, analysis of budget execution; Analysis of registrations and cancellations in clients.

- Measurement of methods and times of the administrative areas. 
- Billing of storage services provided to customers. 
- Analysis and monitoring of commercial management and budget execution of the company.
