and talent acquisition
• Developing the right recruiting strategy to identify suitable candidates
• Resourcing and follow through for specialist roles across all markets
(intake calls, job ads, pre-screening candidates over the phone, language
check, organizing interviews, reference check), including proactive search and
acquiring for candidates
• Accountable for recruiting and recruitment ramp up of a nearshoring centre in
northern Italy
• Representing ELCA at job fairs and career events
• Leading the end-to-end recruitment for top-tier senior specialist roles in IT
(Software Engineers, Software-, Solution-, Enterprise Architects, Project
Managers, etc)
• Managing relationships and projects with external recruitment agencies

• Eigenständiges Führen von Lohn- und Vertragsverhandlungen
• Beratung zum Verleihgesetz, Arbeitsgesetz und generell den rechtlichen Bestimmungen zur Arbeit in der Schweiz (inkl. Quellensteuer)
• Account Management für einen Grosskunden der iET SA
• Endnutzerschulungen bei Kundenprojekten auf Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch
• Betreuung und Schulung von internen Mitarbeitenden in Junior Positionen
