Main accomplishments include:
•	Solved complex issues such as tax treatment at PO issuance and invoice receipt, GRNI postings
•	Clarified roles and responsibilities such as for system blocks, streamlined wing-to-wing processes such as credit application and coordinated training sessions to reinforce the new procedures
•	Supported the development of new policies and procedures as required
•	Direct responsible for proposing and implementing controls such as quarterly audits, escalation processes and systematic PO revisions in order to ensure sustainability
•	Process improvements resulted in a 75% reduction in the backlog of Business Help Request tickets, contributing to a business-wide improvement in Payment on Time from 65% to 75%

Head of FP&A for GE Renewable Energy Hydro in North America, director-level role reporting directly to the business CFO and leading a team of five. GE Hydro North America is a 500-employee, $300M business with the mission “to ensure no one ever has to choose between affordable, reliable, or sustainable energy”.

Main accomplishments include:
• Implemented robust base cost reviews with increased cost visibility and proactive identification and execution of cost-out opportunities, enabling $10M of savings over two years (14% reduction YoY)
• Improved cash forecasting rigor by implementing weekly collections and disbursement rhythms; developed a cash-out forecasting tool, considered best in class by the global headquarters
• Developed a wing-to-wing process of pacing sales & gross margin under the new ASC 606, including a comprehensive cost roll-up file, implemented globally as a standard business procedure
• Led the monthly closing process, project-managing six senior managers and 10+ analysts spread across four countries; increased rigor by implementing tight controls and leading post-mortem efforts
• Supported key FP&A rhythms such as monthly & quarterly closing, planning processes and rate calculations, leading a team of 5 team members in multiple geographies with critical responsibilities
• Supported key business transition processes such as new chart of accounts, new rev rec standards, global intercompany & travel tools implementation, US Gov't -compliant rates, among others
