Hi there, nice to see you here 👋 I'm passionate about Sales, Enablement and Leadership. Spending ~5 years selling NGO subscriptions on the street and going from door-to-door in dark winter times I learned about sales in a hard and unique way. It sparked my passion for sales and I learned that everyone can become successful in sales - given the right mindset and training. Fast forward, I now live & breathe SDR Leadership & Sales Enablement and feel home in the B2B tech-world. Nested in the Cologne Startup/Scaleup Ecosystem, my passion for sales grows every day. At SoSafe I lead the global sales development organization (8 Team Leads, ~70 SDRs), spanning across DACH, Southern Europe, BeNeLux/Nordics & UK/I. I collaborate with Sales Leaders, TA, RevOps, Enablement, SDRs & AEs to boost pipeline generation and drive ongoing personal and professional development across the team. Reporting to the CRO and carrying 8 figure monthly Quota. I am a big believer in the power of combining psychological research with hands-on Sales experience, which is why I love reading research-backed psychology and self-development books. Three of my favorite books are Influence by Robert Cialdini, 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen Covey & Radical Candor by Kim Scott. They've changed the way I think and act.
