Au sein de la direction Expertise et nutrition de Mixscience, et en lien direct avec les valeurs et la stratégie du groupe AVRIL, je suis en charge d'animer l'équipe d'ingénieurs espèce et coordonner l'ensemble des sujets, projets de développement et thématiques clients liés au monde du ruminant.

Responsible for rolling out the Group's brand strategy for the EMEA region. 
Rationalisation of brands and SKUs across the region.
Definition of offers to be rolled out across the region.
Identifying and deciding on the R&D issues for the region, in liaison with the Group's CD&D and S&T departments. 
Deploying innovation across the EMEA region.

Product and brand portfolio management. Innovation management. Developing product and service offers. Defining and implementing the marketing plan.
Management of a team of 14 people: product managers, marketing and communications project managers, graphic designers, etc.

Inside the marketing direction, I’m in charge of the marketing and technical support for the ruminant feed activity (16 plants, 650 000 T, 120 dedicated salesmen) for the French market of the EVIALIS brand. 

-Strategic orientations of the beef and dairy activities 
-Marketing plans 
-Creation/evolution/adaptation of the products, in cooperation with the R&D department 
-Marketing mix 
-Implementation of the marketing plan in the business units, sales force support
-Ruminant nutrition expertise. Technical assistance of the salesmen on the field.

TROUW NUTRITION FRANCE (NUTRECO group)

Technical and marketing manager -> Junior product manager -> Ruminant product manager -> Ruminant department manager 

Portfolio of 3 activities : premix and additives, farm minerals, nutritional specialties 
-Market analysis 
-Creation, formulation, development, trials on products and nutritional concepts
