- Assist in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc.; measure and track results

based business, and strategic-based projects.

- Work with sales management to develop and execute prospecting campaigns for target market sectors
- Train, coach and develop SE, SR and ISR to improve their performance, establish goals and achieve objectives that tie into the Region's sales responsibilities
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Sales Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, RMA personnel,
Accounting, Logistics, Product Management, etc., in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities
- Manages the sales performance and development of Sales Engineers, Sales Associates, and Inside Sales Representatives
- Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
