As the VP of People at SettleMint, my responsibilities encompass a wide range of critical functions.

In this role, I am building and evolving the People function into a strategic partner across all SettleMint departments, focusing on creating policies and processes that enable effective employee lifecycle management while fostering a culture of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Additionally, my role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing HR team, cultivating a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and providing professional development opportunities.

I am also dedicated to nurturing an organizational culture that aligns with SettleMint's values, measuring and enhancing employee morale and job satisfaction, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. 

Furthermore, I am responsible for designing effective talent acquisition and onboarding strategies, implementing performance management programs, developing comprehensive compensation and benefits packages, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies are one of SettleMint's priorities, and I am leading our efforts in order to champion all aspects of ESG

- Provide full-cycle recruiting on a variety of roles to support the scaling increase of head-counts in the organization;
