With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a seasoned and versatile leader with a proven track record in principal investing, multi-asset management, business development, and relationship building. As a Managing Director - Investments at WRM Capinvest, I am a Senior Portfolio Manager, member of the Senior Management Team responsible for the investment activities of WRM Group on distressed and special situations, private equity, and equity in companies with a small public float, debt securities across the capital structure. I am passionate about creating value in situations where companies or assets to be acquired are under financial and/or operating stress, leveraging my expertise in event-driven investing, deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution. I also serve as a board member and interim CEO of various WRM Group portfolio companies, where I support their strategic, operational, and financial turnaround.
