•	Purpose and tasks of the position evolved in the years:
−	Sales Force management
−	Definition of strategies and actions for sales volume, retail selection, new direct and franchising monobrand pos openings
−	Retail locations for new pos and feasibility study, with choice of entrepreneur and negotiation
−	Economic figures, objectives and budget for pos in the area: set, monitor and analysis
−	Supervision of store design and visual merchandising in the territory
−	Management of business analysis and planning, marketing actions and training of pos. 
−	He actively managed the commercial reorganization in order to better manage the new needs of the business.
−	Trainer at training courses for Franchisee entrepreneurs on business topics (KPIs, Pos mktg plan, business analysis, etc.)
−	Projects: new sales territories definition, new compensation strategies for field people, control and compensation of visual merchandising activities, new business opportunities in Travel Retail sector.
