- Ensured optimal servicing of HELT channel customers with Fruitavitals and Nesfruita brands and ensured asset visibility accordingly on POCs with merchandising support from distribution sales team.

- Have managed export sales of MATCO FOODs’ flagship basmati rice brands - FALAK, AMBER & BAHAR across Asia, Africa and Australia.
- Have managed distribution channels across the regions mentioned above with customers, i.e. importers, distributors, and wholesalers based locally in respective countries. 
- Have traveled to Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Maldives, Srilanka, Dubai, Djibouti and South Africa to monitor and develop business.
- Have developed and retained business with new and existing customers and have met and exceeded the sales targets quarterly and yearly.
- Have participated in exhibitions GULF FOODS DUBAI 2014, GULF FOODS DUBAI 2015 & GULF FOODS DUBAI 2016 representing MATCO FOODs.
- Have conducted BTL activities in liaison with the marketing team in Oman, with distributor’s sales staff to promote FALAK EXTREME & FALAK AROMATIQUE brands.
- Have prepared post-visit and competitive intelligence reports for the higher management and have also suggested strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Take pride in having opened new accounts (Importers and Distributors) for AMBER brand in Ethiopia and BAHAR brand in South Africa.
- Have also been successful to revive FALAK brand in Kuwait by following up consistently with a wholesaler who had been dormant for last 3 years.
- Have taken care of pricing mechanism and have developed different trade and consumer promotion offers to attract larger volumes’ order from distributors.
- Have forecasted and budgeted the quarterly and yearly targets with reference to present business performance and requirements of strategic management.
- Have successfully collaborated with the team members to optimize the internal organizational operations, supervising them daily and weekly to ensure proper coordination and follow up with production, packaging and supply chain departments.
- Have worked as de-facto Export Head in absence of GM Export Sales and reported overall sales scenario to the higher management periodically.
