•	Implement training design , evaluation concepts & methodologies.
•	 Develop a Step by Step guide (standard) for Learning Design Process. 
•	Ensure that training designs takes under consideration the PDO Leadership behaviors ( Engagement, Respect, Collaboration & Performance)
•	Ensuring the relationship between learning outcomes, assessment tasks and teaching activities is explicit, direct and aligned. 
•	Serve as the subject Matter Expert role for queries on most effective learning approach and training design standards.

- To plan and manage the internal and external HSE communication,
- To plan & manage the budget both ( CAPEX & OPEX ) ( 10 M USD) ; 
- To plan & manage the HSE IT projects.
- To manage the support of  all the HSE sections in terms of IT, finance & administrate support.

-  To coach employees and supervisors on the company-HR policies.
- To advice employees and supervisors on the best practices in people management & employee engagement.

- I have lectured for two models : Marketing & Communication. 
- I have to prepare for daily slides , exams, correcting the exams for both models. 
- I have to conduct 1-2-1 coaching with all the students, based on their requests.

With over 22 years of experience in various HR roles, I am a strategic communicator and HR professional at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), the leading oil and gas exploration and production company in the Sultanate. I hold a CIPD Level 5 and a GPHR certification, as well as a master's degree in Human Resource Management.

In my current role, I plan and manage the internal and external HSE communication, the HSE IT projects, and the budget of the HSE department. I also support all the HSE sections in terms of IT, finance, and administrative support. Additionally, I leverage my HR expertise to coach and advise employees and supervisors on the company-HR policies, best practices in people management, and employee engagement. I am passionate about helping people from what I have contributed and learned by writing, speaking, social media posting, and volunteering. I am also working on my first book, which will offer 113 advises on how to get and do better at work, and will support cancer survivors by sharing their stories.
