With over 22 years of experience in various HR roles, I am a strategic communicator and HR professional at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), the leading oil and gas exploration and production company in the Sultanate. I hold a CIPD Level 5 and a GPHR certification, as well as a master's degree in Human Resource Management. In my current role, I plan and manage the internal and external HSE communication, the HSE IT projects, and the budget of the HSE department. I also support all the HSE sections in terms of IT, finance, and administrative support. Additionally, I leverage my HR expertise to coach and advise employees and supervisors on the company-HR policies, best practices in people management, and employee engagement. I am passionate about helping people from what I have contributed and learned by writing, speaking, social media posting, and volunteering. I am also working on my first book, which will offer 113 advises on how to get and do better at work, and will support cancer survivors by sharing their stories.
