• Managed and supervised (Administrative, HR, Business Development and IT matters) of 60+ Retail and Hire Purchase Business Centers of CSD(Rawalpindi & Abbottabad Zones)  comprising of 700+employees  in  coordination  with  CSD Head Office  and  CSD Zonal Managers Rawalpindi & Abbottabad.
• Planned & implemented various HR policies of CSD (Recruitment, Training & Development, Posting & Transfers, Payroll System, Leave & Disciplinary Issues, Reward System (bonus/incentive), Annual Appraisal System, Final Settlement Issues and Legal matters) at CSD (Rawalpindi & Abbottabad Zones).
• Team Lead in automation of CSD (Rawalpindi & Abbottabad Zones) – Monitoring of In House development and implementation from 2008 to 2020 with major focus of POS and Retail & Inventory Management Systems including RMS, IMS, POS and HPMS. Also analyzed and formulated user requirements for HR Management and Online Appraisal System (HRMS) and Asset Management System (AMS) from 2016 to 2020 in coordination with In House development team.
• Planning and monitoring of Annual, Monthly and Daily sales targets and ensuring its achievement at CSD outlets (Rawalpindi & Abbottabad Zones) from 2008 to 2020. Also planned and generated revenue growth through institutional sales (CSD Abbottabad Zone) from 2016 to 2020.
• Maintenance of liaison and feedback of CSD Outlet Managers for improvements in business and overall CSD matters. Performed root cause analysis for potential problems and provide effective solutions in all CSD matters (Administrative, HR, Business Development, IT) from 2008 to 2020.
• Carried out financial feasibility study of 6 x new outlets (CSD Abbottabad Zone) from 2016 to 2020. Out of these 3 x outlets became operational from 2018 to 2020.
• Conducted different HR, Customer Services and IT related trainings and also provided consultancy services to CSD Employees (Rawalpindi & Abbottabad Zones) from 2008 to 2020.
